1 whenever i do time travel glitch, the person who does it is always stuck in the middle of nowhere and the only working button is the look around one and this lasts until someone does back to the future

you can only find the first marine if you play by yourself and if you hurry. Watch the video that this video responds to if you want to see the tutorial to finding the first marine. Besides, I wouldn't lie to anyone. If you read the other comments, you're the only one who can't find the marines.

you were too close to the edge. you need to go to the right more if you are driving backwards. If you are driving forwards into the warp, then you should move left more. You could always have another friend go through and you will get teleported while your friend gets stuck =D
