These are just my tips for people still struggling, don't mean to intrude or offend your video in any way. Your video is almost exactly the way I got my achievement about 2 years ago. Great tutorial!

The first guy you kill (excluding the bathroom guy) drops a shotgun. I tend to switch it for my pistol. Sometimes it only has 1 shot and others it has a full clip. I believe the shotgun can be extremely helpful for killing terrorists in the first room and upstairs running through the narrow path (right after the last flash bang).

It is also possible to kill the terrorist with the hostage using the shotgun, but not the brightest idea :p.

An easier and safer way to kill the terrorist holding the hostage is to take 2-3 jumps towards him, than shoot him. Less chance of hitting the hostage.

Also, from my experiences with this, you don't have to knife the guy in the bathroom. About 1 out of 10 times he does actually kill you. Those extra seconds of ignoring the guy in the bathroom can be a lifesaver (getting to the hostage before 0 seconds, trust me, see the clock run out inches before you get to him is horrifying)!

@aiic486 i m unscratched because i did like 40 takes, out of which only over 20 became successful attempts.

Then I reviewed the successful attempts to pick the most illustratable and logical route.

Then another 5-10 attempts for to capture the route I chose in the clearest manner possible for the vid (easily readable positioning, pathing, etc). Towards the end I knew the level down to every last trigger conditions for every event.

Actual vid production took 2-3 hours.

Cheers for this tip, too - for some reason I hadn't thought to flashbang the very last soldiers and kept getting killed by them, but the flashbang just lets you sprint through.

Dude I finally got it, with your advice on getting the shotgun and Pike1969's tutorial, I managed to get through the level with 2 seconds left before the plane blew up, and pulling off the headshot at the end was a piece of cake. One I skydived to safety I was like 'FUCK YEAH!!!'. Probably one of the best achievements I've ever got, thanks guys.
