It all depends on what your doing... Its best to get both really.. for like recording just a guitar part OR vocals then yeah a sound card is great.. but if you need to record multiple tracks at the same time then track recorder are best.

how good are those RECORDING DEVICES LIKE ZOOM HD16CD , D3200 people say PRESONUS CARDS ARE BETTEr................ i dont think so

well at the moment I'm studying music production. but one day it will be for a living.. and one day soon i hope. That song im working one with my sister in the vid is still a work in progress.. and to be honest its such a slow process i cant promis a finished version any time soon. but ima try to keep things updated with teh vids.
