I think she looks fabulous! And she is singing the Hell out of this wonderful song. She was the complete package--glamorous, earthy, charismatic, self-kidding and she could sing literally anything and put it over. No one like her and many, many big stars idolized her.

I adore her voice and I think I can go back to when I was very little and remember it well, What's she up to these days? Nonsense about her looking old. You couldn't get any indication from the film. Anyway, what wrong with aging, look at Ella Fitzgerald and Cleo Laine, still singing in their late 70's. Why stop beauty? I love crows feet myself, Get real, we all a voice and don't involve face lifts.

I love Dusty's music, this one being one of my favorites.

Still you can't help but wonder that the 70's must have been hard on her personally.

Just 10 before you can see some of her videos (son of a preacher man, look of love) and she looks just beautiful, young for her age at the time and she's singing like an angel.

But in 1979 she looks very old, she appears to be 50, even though she's only 40/41 and her voice is not what it used to be.

Well I've seen the video again, and I still think she looks much older than her age. She actually looks like someone struggling with life (don't we all at some time?).

And yes, she was very beautiful, unappreciated at that. Just look at some of the videos of the late 60's , early 70's, she was a hottie

totally agree Ze18613, as ive said before, i can really see why she declined in the 70's, her voice deteriorated big time due to boozing/cigs/laryingitis and she aged so badly. No way she looks 40 here and nothing like the unstoppable force she was in the 60's. Really sad we only had a decade of the best Dusty

Please let me disagree. I do love the way Dusty sings but still there is (Pasha Hristova - Broya Do Pet) performance of the same song that I find deeper and more sensual.

This is my favourite song by Dusty, but not her best version here at all. If you listen to a much earlier one there is a lot more passion in it.

I just heard the version you mentioned, I had no idea about it. Indeed it's excellent and this singer is very very good. I cannot say better than Dusty - different style is the best way to describe it. The original Dusty Springfield version is still my favourite, but that one is great, too. Thanks for sharing!
