makita mid size has better platform and its cheaper half price so is best tool to work on sites festool is expensive but is love to work at home in your workshop
@victoriaecofurniture@neggerbish Try the Bosch GCM12SD or the 10SD. Hands down the best mitre saw on the market. Festool is pretty crap and poorly constructed in comparison. The one thing I do love on the festool is the little angle finder tool that's included with the saw. I use both BTW for site work.

@blackktm Not trolling at all. I own several Festool products. Some are downright excellent such as the OF2200 router or Domino jointer. However I don't pigeon hole myself into a particular brand and blindly shout down any naysayers through brand loyalty. I check other manufacturers out and if they're making something better than the tool I currently use then it gets replaced. Simple as that.
Glad your happy with your Kapex but I still stand by what I said. Take your insults elsewhere.
