I would like to say one thing. You are welcome to disagree, but I recognize that "bitching and moaning" on the internet as a valid form of expression of grievances. We overthrew a dictatorship led by an insane man and have attempted to rebuild their country. That is not terrorism. How will we lose both wars? AQ in Iraq has suffered huge losses and is almost crippled. In Afganistan we have a rather small number of troops at the moment but we have kicked their asses for 6 years now and if the rest of NATO really is incapable of doing it without a large American force I suppose we will have to change things around a bit.
We supported that "insane man" with guns, other weapons, money, and anything else he wanted for 40 years. Then, when it was expedient to kill him, to try to keep the USA citizens backing the "war", our govt did that. They do whatever it takes to achieve what they want, which is world domination.

Most physicians in Iraq cannot even get jobs in their fields. They work as janitors, store clerks, etc. Most professionals have had their lives torn apart in more ways than one. I've been there 3 times as a civilian surgeon, and have talked to many Iraqis, they hate our being there, they want us out, they want out bases closed, and they don't even get why we are trying to force this strange "democracy" on them. I thank god for TYT and others that give us news that won't be covered on tv.

AQ in Iraq has suffered huge losses and is almost crippled. In Afganistan we have a rather small number of troops at the moment but we have kicked their asses for 6 years now and if the rest of NATO really is incapable of doing it without a large American force I suppose we will have to change things around a bit.

Most physicians in Iraq cannot even get jobs in their fields. They work as janitors, store clerks, etc. Most professionals have had their lives torn apart in more ways than one. I've been there 3 times as a civilian surgeon, and have talked to many Iraqis, they hate our being there, they want us out, they want out bases closed, and they don't even get why we are trying to force this strange "democracy" on them. BTW: the USA does not live in a democracy, folks, its a Republic!

And if you think we do not have freedom of speech, just listen to 90% of Democrats or Keith Olbermann. They will show you they have freedom of speech. Why not try to see how far freedom of speech goes in N. Korea, China, Russia, Many non-free nations in Africa, Asia, Cuba, S.America. You will find we have lots!

Over 2 million civilian Iraqis dead, another 2 million in squalid camps on the outskirts of the country, or having fled to other countries, the country devastated, in ruins. I was in Iraq MANY years ago before any of this, it was such a beautiful and peaceful country. So yes, we need to be reasonable!

Actually many terror groups not created by US are creating such an unsafe environment, that we cannot travel like we used to. It is time the world woke up, grew up, and quit blaming one man for its woes. Poverty, inequality, lack of true freedoms have had lots more to do with this problem. And more countries need to help instead of always putting it all on the US to take care of.
