  • Hi Tiffany, I´m realy excited about these workouts!! They very fun, easy and they make you feel very sexy! I gained 40 pounds in less than 9 months and I couldn´t get rit of them. I´ve been training very hard for more than 5 years to get my body back in shape but nothing helped me out. But since I´ve been doing your workouts I lost a lot of weight. I wanted to encourage you to keep on doing your good work!!

  • Hi tiffany :) Recently I just started doing a lot of your videos. I Love the 10 minutebooty shaking waist workout, it's my FAVORITE. I have love handles... that's all I want to get rid of.
