This song.......it's just so malinconic, specially if you're in a sad situation like myself, that you don't know what to do to change things in your life or how to make them better. It's so deep.

The end of the song, to me means that after all the suffering that one's has took for a long time period, he can't handle the situation anymore and so, he "hopes" that by doing suicide, he will finally have a new hope in his alter-life timeframe.
