@88fleener umm....i think i was running a Proline Caliber this particular race. I had holeshots, and crimefighters also. Look for truggy wheels and tires. 17mm good luck  :)

@rcdriver26 we are about 2-21/2 hours away depending on how fast u drive. We are currently running offroad on friday nights now. Starts at 5:30

@27bondy I don't remember if i broke anything or not. That was 11 months ago and a little foggy if you know what I mean. lol :) These things are tough as nails....i can tell you that.

shit 3rd time racing ur a lot better then me im giving rc 1 more year but if i keep on sucking for get it!!! the track that im at isn't as open its tight but idk theres a lot of nitro guys there and they go pretty fast on in well im saving up for a brushless motor for my e revo

@27bondy don't give up. some people have it to start with....other have to practice. I race with a guy that has been doing it about 2 years longer than me and my first racing i beat him. Now over time, I have worked with him and he is doing tons better. The key to going fast is taking it slow. everytime you wreck that is at least a 4 second mistake depending on how far you are from a turn marshall. I go back now and look at this video and I see TONS of things I done wrong.

This is some good driving! Love how it handled shear class! The last part of the video I put it down to needing a pit stop lol!

what batteries, and gearing????

just sold my 3.3 revo and im sellign my other one too and im getting ERBE and wanna go right to 6s can anyone help me with what is good to get battery and charger wise?

I would try and get your 3.3 back and convert it to brushless.or buy a roller 3.3 and do the same it will have a stronger trans and more space for a 6s lipo hell of alot cheaper too.hobby king has cheap lipos zippys are the best brand

I drove one of my buddies 4x4 slash and it was pretty fun......but I HIGHLY recommend the ERBE. It all depends on whether you want to spend $400 for slash or $700 for ERBE. (E-Revo Brushless Edition) :)

ya i love the ERBE but i am afraid of using LiPos cuz they explode. what kind of LiPos do u use? i know how i am gona charge them so they wont explode but how do u usually charge and what LiPo ballincer should i get? what do u use?

I would go with the ERBE. I have it and love it! You can use lipos in the slash 4x4 too. Theres not much of a chance of lipos exploding. Most lilky they will puff up some or blow a wire out if it gets shorted. The second one happened to me the other day and fried my MMM but it is my fault because I was running through some puddles pretty fast. I use the accucel-8 from hobby city and I love it! For my lipos I use 5000mah 2s 30c zippy lipos. In this vid tommy is using 2x spc 2s 8000mah lipos.

k so im getting the ERBE. I decided all day today in class. So what LiPos should i use? i want to run 6s btw. And what tires do u use? they look really good for track use. I was thinking about getting the AKA City Blocks
