expertvillage, reminds me of why I love basketball, along with all the fancy dunks. If you can't dunk yet, you need to start training. I definitely advise you to try the program I'm using - "50inch vertical (dot) com" - I m 5 7 and I can dunk!

expertvillage seriously if I, could certainly dunk, then anyone can, I am merely 5ft 7inches geez! Basically be dedicated to a working jump course like this one "50inch vertical [dot] com", it will multiply your jump/rebounding and your speed.

The fundamentals about establishing a base and squaring up to the basket are excellent, but the follow-through on the shot is lacking. Also, it looks like the hands are too low at the beginning of the shot; the forearms should be more parallel to the ground.

A jump shot is when u run and land on both feet and jump again with the basketball over ur head and shoot my cach says it's a jump jerk hang and shoot (hang means to stay in the air for a while for those who don't no)
