Guys lets be honest.Liverpool were so hopeless last season under hodgson that there was never any chance of a title challenge so soon after kenny came back.

I think we went for some wrong strategies in the transfer market. Henderson, way to expensive, could have bought a better foreign midfielder for less. Adam was cheap but is not good against talented opposition. Downing is alright, but could have had Mata for similar money. Enrique and Coates are alright. Carroll is a dud, should have bought Llorente or Aguero.

A team who are challenging for top 4 cannot concede goals like that. We are yet to visit bridge, united, city. How henderson gets the nod over Dirk is beyond many me. I thought Bellamy and suarez got along really well in the last match against stoke. There is absolutely no creativity in midfield. Charlie adam was way too slow. You don't get to spend 100 mil every season, do you? Letting Rual/Aqua leave was the worst decision.

I'd say Lucas is just as good as Mascherano was for us now. Yeah he didn't have the best game but i'd still say he was our best player, perhaps Enrique would be a contender for that aswell.
