Who the bloody hell is the conductor? He's just great; so, too, is the US Marine Band. I rather like Allen Guelzo's reading. No histrionics. Just right.

@SUNSNARE06 Thanks, mate. The US Marine Band, in my humble opinion [I am a composer and music producer], is far and away the finest of all the US armed forces bands. Perhaps, I should post a copy of 'Bernard Herrmann: a Centennary Fanfare' to Colonel Colburn, should he wish to programme it to honour Herrmann on 29 June, 2011 -- his 100th birthday.
