sombody please tell me why this guitar is so great and played by so many guitar legends but yet so cheap,i wanna save up for 1 but i wanna know if theres anything wrong with it cuz its only about 400 euro
iI does clean really nice, with some overdrive it sounds good and it'll do jingly jangly too. Try one - they don't cost anything and they're a fun guitar to play!
I might buy one of these off of craigslist! but I'm not sure yet.. is this guitar versatile? I currently play a gretch and it's not doing what i need it to for me
I was so surprised when i first tried one i had to have it. It plays well and sounds better than it should. The amp is an old marshall valvestate. If a Dano is good enough for jimmy and rory its good enough for me!

Thanks, pleased you liked it. The guitar is full of character and nice to play, especially for the money. The amp setting was quite dry but live its got good sustain which the hollow body helps. Buy one you'll love it!
Thank you for the infos man! Unfortunately I can't try this legendary guitar because there isn't an equiped shop here so I would take my chances...
I would like to buy one with enough sustain because I sing too and there isn't an other guitar that can cover the break when I'm making a solo...so it bother me if I'm bouded to pump the gain and give it an horrible distorsion or to make a nonstop picking just to keep the sound at the same volume...Do you?

i love how they have their own unique shape. all other manufacturs prety much copy gibson or fender (ibanez, PRS, jackson, shecter) the list goes on

For the price NOTHING comes close.
They've got soooooooooo much heritage to them and have a unique 'British' sound.

you could try a boost pedal, compressor or some nice reverb - a half decent valve amp will always give you some warmth to the sound
