@jcbdriver We've dealt with Ripon for years used to run an old 5730 spfh back over in Silsden used to cut few acres. now live over york way still deal with Brian he always does a good deal with us!
@boothmanap , I remember the 5730 chopper, it must have been about 1989/90 when you got that, & then Glen rowing up on a 2140 and a brace of 26/2850's trailering with eaither mel airey, your ian or baldy stuart driving them & i remember the old A reg 1056 i bet thats long gone, & I seem to remember you once chopping with a case 1455, but i might be wrong as i was only about 9 or 10 at the time, stood on the old railway line at phil barkers watching, them were the days,
@jcbdriver Yeah that was us we used to run a mengele on back of a JD4250 before the 5730, the 1455 used to lead. The 1056 was a right tool did over 13000 hrs before we sold it in 2002!I only remember bit of the contract gang I was only 6 at the time and used to stand between old mans legs steering the chopper! or ride with Dave Wrigg in 1056 shame we were to young to carry it on!! good memories.
I recognise the dealers sticker on the bonnet, had a few tractors off RFS
