Hey am 20 years old now and i still wish i could go back in time I grew up way to fast my parents divorced when I was 7 then my mom and i had to raise my cousins graduated school in 2008 at 16 and went from there i wish time went by slower now i'm done with college have a career and married time just go's by way to fast

time really just flies now a days. i'm at freshman in high school and i remember every day of grade school and miss it. i cant imagine being a senior and remembering all my freshman memories and missing them. It's like sometimes you want to be older to get to experience things, but honestly, what's the rush? I'd do anything to be back in 6th grade to be carefree though. That's the best feeling. @Garb04 it just seems that as soon as you walk through those doors for the first time, you just remember a distant time when it was your older brother or sister doing the same thing, and how now they are married or have a child or something. Back when you were in elementary nobody really cared how you acted, if you ate paste or not, I honestly remember a time when I was trying to read my older brothers algebra book, now I read it and understand it, now we get older and say "There was a time...."

But your Best Friends are in junior high, your first love is in junior high usually. you cannot forget those days because through the hard growing pains you became a stronger person with the help and love of your friends. :) <3

I just started my fresman year in highschool yesterday. I remember my first day on kindergarten, wanting to be like the "big kids" lol and I look back now and think; where did those 10 years go?? I also look ahead 4 years to my senior year and I think, its gonna be here before I know it. Whats gonna happen to those years?? It scares the hell outta me and at the same time I can't wait to be like the "big kids" again. Life goes by fast, huh? :)
10 years ago i thought my dad was superman, he wasnt scared of anything..big, tall, strong man i looked up to, now it hurts sooo bad knowing i have to go to a cemetary to see him /: Im 15 now a sophmore in highschool..he passed away just a month before my 15th birthday back in march. I still remember hugging him and letting him lean on my shoulder at the hospital. This song is so very true, and its painful just thinking that i take life for granted!
@InternetTheExplorers Ohh man, ive heard that alot & thats what ive been doing since 6th grade..he was always at my games. Im a 5'5 starting JV linebacker playing my ass off, its been a roller coaster ride trying to juggle keeping good grades, maintaining my composure when something gets me angry & the troubles at home, but no matter what i alway think of my dad to calm me down. On & off the field; every tackle, every sack & every hard hit i put out is in memory of him, he's my motivation.

It's been four years since my grandfather passed away. There's not a day that I don't think about him. I remember going for walks down the old dirt roads with him and just sitting on his lap on the front porch listening to crickets and talking. When I told him I loved him and would see him later, I didn't realize it would be the last time and that 'later' would be in Heaven. Cancer is a painful thing and thankfully he's no longer suffering. @Travis548 i know exactly what you mean. my brother is a junior in high school and he helps me with so much. especially when i'm having trouble with math, he understands it. i can't wait until i understand everything he does, and i could look back and say, "God i remember when this all was so hard for me" but then again, like i said before, i wouldn't mind being in 6th grade, either.

time really just flies now a days. i'm at freshman in high school and i remember every day of grade school and miss it. i cant imagine being a senior and remembering all my freshman memories and missing them. It's like sometimes you want to be older to get to experience things, but honestly, what's the rush? I'd do anything to be back in 6th grade to be carefree though. That's the best feeling. When you have to worry about everything, that can really drive someone crazy. Where does the time go?

@Garb04 it just seems that as soon as you walk through those doors for the first time, you just remember a distant time when it was your older brother or sister doing the same thing, and how now they are married or have a child or something. Back when you were in elementary nobody really cared how you acted, if you ate paste or not, I honestly remember a time when I was trying to read my older brothers algebra book, now I read it and understand it, now we get older and say "There was a time...."

@Garb04 I understand but middle school is not all simple and carefree. Its the hardest time of your life because its when you grow up. High School goes by fast and middle school drags on. But your Best Friends are in junior high, your first love is in junior high usually. you cannot forget those days because through the hard growing pains you became a stronger person with the help and love of your friends. :) <3

I just started my fresman year in highschool yesterday. I remember my first day on kindergarten, wanting to be like the "big kids" lol and I look back now and think; where did those 10 years go?? I also look ahead 4 years to my senior year and I think, its gonna be here before I know it. Whats gonna happen to those years?? 10 years ago i thought my dad was superman, he wasnt scared of anything..big, tall, strong man i looked up to, now it hurts sooo bad knowing i have to go to a cemetary to see him /: Im 15 now a sophmore in highschool..he passed away just a month before my 15th birthday back in march. I still remember hugging him and letting him lean on my shoulder at the hospital. This song is so very true, and its painful just thinking that i take life for granted!

Im a 5'5 starting JV linebacker playing my ass off, its been a roller coaster ride trying to juggle keeping good grades, maintaining my composure when something gets me angry & the troubles at home, but no matter what i alway think of my dad to calm me down. On & off the field; every tackle, every sack & every hard hit i put out is in memory of him, he's my motivation.

The good thing about houston is that we have 100+ weather, but its humid at the same time..so our sweat stays on our skin. Sadly for people in dallas its 100+ Without alot of humidity, so the sweat evaporates which makes them dehydrate faster D:
