It so happens that i also do not tolerate drug use. There is a huge difference in use and effect of psychedelic substances like LSD and -preferably- plant-hallucinogens. As hard drugs and MDMA stimulate the ego and need to be taken often for effect, psychedelics are used more as a stimulance for personal growth and taken sporadically.
My point is that a more nuanced and informed opinion of drugs and medicine is preferable to outright generalization of all drugs.Aspirin is also quite different from e.g. morphine. Most people who take psychedelics are very literate about what they are taking and are taking great care to not abuse them. At least in the circle of people I know who use them... Nor would we just advocate the use. Drug abuse in itself is something I am very against,
