@cherrybloom22 I think any glaze should work. I personally use Sculpey satin/gloss glaze but I know that's not the only type that works. Try it out and see

@craftycutie1002 it's optional, but most people don't cook them before slicing. It's a little harder to slice through when it's cooked, and breaks easier

@broo154 most of them...if you don't have a Michaels or Hobby Lobby or some craft store nearby (or if those stores don't carry what you're looking for) then you'll probably have to order online

@Cuttiecookiecupcake I really don't think that would work, usually it has to be some kind of glaze or TLS, mostly, I imagine, because water isn't sticky and it evaporates.

@kkss2010 well it's simple really, just substitute orange chalk/pastels, mix that with glaze (or TLS), and optionally add a slice of orange (from a cane).

Could you use acrylic paint for the glaze? Like black and white paint? That sort of thing?

@kkss2010 It doesn't work so well for this project because of the consistency. When you mix paint with TLS or glaze it gets thicker (I'm assuming so in the case of glaze, but I've tried it with TLS), not the watery consistency you would want for a drink. It works like a charm for frosting, though.

@stellarose1237 chalks/soft pastels: craft stores (got mine at Michaels). Glaze: probably a craft store like Michaels or Hobby Lobby, if not, online. Plus there are other types of glazes

Those are so CUTE! I think it is wonderful that you have such great imagination (using beads for cups). I think the cups look like something out of King Arthur's court or in a Robin Hood movie. They are so fancy. Thanks for sharing.

Maybe there would also be a way to cut small lengths of drinking straws and somehow put a bottom on it. I don't know if that would work, but I thought I should throw it out there.

@xStrawberrypuddingxx I've worked with polymer clay before as well and I think if you use nail polish, atleast for the beer and kool aid you won't get the translucent effect - possibly even for the coffee because real coffee usually has a bit of translucence to it as well. hope this helps.

HI again! I have an idea for your drinks..ok so at AC Moore in the dollhouse section you can find like little mini glasses jars and cups from glass and such.. then you can just pour the TLS( I used TLS for milk) or glaze into the glass!!! I love it!!! :D and your tutorials!!!!!

@ReesesRocks Liquid nails is a little thick... but it makes excellent jelly and "water" in a vase... as it holds tiny bubbles in it. Liquid Sculpey will swell when baked, a tiny bit and it is not clear. So it will work with some drinks but not all.

@barbiebratzdoll229 I will do a tutorial, per your idea, for the Kool Aid. For clear liquid you can use clear caulking like for a kitchen or bathroom or Triple thick glaze. And yes, sometimes I taste beer. My husband makes it and always wants my opinion of it. Most of it is discusting, but some of it doesn't make me want to hurl. I prefer slushies.
