Why are these seriously delusional people allowed to harm others why havent they been sectioned and given treatment. This god delusion must be treated.
Unfortunately, it also means we get psychos on the streets. (One look at an Islamic demonstration and its "behead the unbelievers" placards will show what I mean)

Most believers function well on a day-to-day basis, so their delusion doesn't seriously affect their social lives and careers.
