My Grandfather was a survivor on the S.S Cedarville, he assisted the film crew in the making of this movie. I was actually fortunate enough to touch the bell they had engraved to replace the original bell from the Bradley.

I am nearly finished reading the book, Wreck of the Carl D by Michael Schumacher and after all the books I've read about shipwrecks I feel such a connection to the Carl D. Bradley tragedy. I'm tempted at some point to go to Rogers City during an anniversary. I'm a Michigan girl - born and raised, although I don't live there now. I'm so happy that this documentary has been made - now I wonder how I can see it.

Frank Mays' cousin here! I can't wait to see this documentary! Seems you all have done an amazing job and put much hard work into shooting and editing this! I met John and John in holland a month or so ago, and it's nice to see them and their work included as well! Look forward to viewing this in Rogers during the memorial week.
