how about just going to your videos and then hit the key F5 (refresh) and keep clicking it before your video pops up! BTW: don't hit F5 when your screen or the video screen turns white or your computer might crash, it happened to me.

Or you could download the firefox auto refresher and set it to 0 minutes 0 seconds, this works really well, but i think youtube has a limit to the number of views possible from one computer, i recorded about 200 a day.
