Also featured on Mo Wax Excursions label, where this fits more than fist on Cheaps eye. Just incredible. Nobody knew, that Pulsinger could have a such delicate output.
Patrick Pulsinger! This has been a classic since the day it came out. Still one of the best deep techno tracks ever. Right up there with "at les" "desire" and a couple others I can think of.
A short glimpse on the well known K7 DJ-kicks series shows how influential pulsinger was/is. He got featured on 5 different DJ-Kicks compilations: Henrik Schwarz, Kruder&Dorfmeister, Terranova, CJ-Bolland and Stacey Pullen
Oh wow, cool to find this on here. I bought this on Mo Wax when it came out on the excursions series years ago (Midnight Funk Association's "Firescratch" is another excellent and somewhat similar track from that collection). I love how the hi hat is opened and closed, it plays off the bass beautifully and subtly changes the tension.
Thanks for the info - I hope to find their album now.
Genius track - have loved this since the first time I heard it 16 years ago. Love how the hi-hats change and spread out - a couple of minutes in. 16 years!!!! Jeez, how depressing is that?
I used to always try and hunt down this track on the net, but could never find it. Thanks a lot! Don't suppose you would be willing to send me the file??
Great classic !! Thx for sharing.

Trainspotter alert: The main rhythm guitar and keyboard sample is taken from Cala Boca Menino by João Donato (in case you were wondering).

As I said, I've been in the same hunting for years, until few months. Now I get happy to spread the "knowledge" for those few of us, who knows.
