I actually agree with most of the stuff on fox news, but even I will admit they are very hypocritical.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that every news station is biased, fox news to the right, MSNBC to the left, and CNN not quite as much to the left etc...

Fox News sounds definitively wrong on this one, but I can imagine a way that hybrids could be more dangerous.

On most hybrids, the prius as one example, almost the entire undercarriage of the car is a battery pack. These batteries have Nickel Cadmium in them--also known as battery acid. The battery in a prius weighs around 500 pounds. That is a lot of battery acid. If one was to crash in such a way that the batteries were damaged and began to leak, the acid could be a hazard.
