I witnessed two plows get caught in a snow bank in DC one plow got caught while trying to get the other one out lol. This was a crazy storm and DC didn't know what to do, lets just say I don't remember a lot due to the week long party at GW when school was closed for 5 days I hope this happens again!

Surely the implication is that if W DC, the capital of the world's only super power, is paralysed by snow and government grinds to a halt "the establishment" is rendered impotent in the face of overwhelming natural forces. If anything, the message is a neo-Biblical one: we have wrought environmental destruction and God/Gaia/Mother Nature is going to make us pay!
