@xswjokerfan ahh but unless i am mistaken building floors have carpet on them versus hard concrete, and as a general rule carpet is softer then concrete. now the riddle states that there was nothing to soften his fall, therefor he could not have jumped into the building as the carpet would soften the fall thus voiding the riddle. the only way the man could jump would be through the window with nothing but air and concrete 22stories below him not through the window to a soft padded carpet.
