(1) you know, i thought it was common sense that by passing laws, we are doing no good. we cant make everybody happy. every law that is passed, the whole, altogether, is harmed that much more because it seems we can never agree with one another. for instance, as thomas jefferson said, you have the minority, supposedly 49% of the people at most, who are clearly unhappy with the law that is being passed.
