It seems like your main goal with this project should really be publicizing your ideas somehow. Maybe you should put this in an easy-to-read essay form and submit it to various newspapers and magazines.
It also might be a good idea to try and get someone in the entertainment industry involved, someone famous. Utilize any and all connections you have!
