    Is it true that demand management process reviews OLA on a regular basis, and if yes, then why is it so?

  • @GoodDeedsLeadTo Nope, Service Level Management is responsible for reviewing SLAs and OLAs on a regular basis and information will be fed back to customers, CSI processes and Strategic processes. So, although the Demand Management process (Service Strategy) receives information on supplies/demands between various business and IT units, in my opinion they are not responsible for the reviewing activity as such.
