@TribalSolider Rubbish. Kearns did not know what happened or how it happened at the time. Read his comment in the full context of the previous 15 minutes when he was offside in the ruck several times. Not in the edited version to make him look bad. Rougerie should be cited and sanctioned though!

I don't think Kearns was referring to the eye gouge. I think he was referring more to Richie being roughed up. I agree with him. If you lay offside as Richie does a lot, then a certain amount of treatment should be expected. Obviously not gouging.
