I'm pretty neutral in the whole Mac vs. PC thing and know that both Microsoft and Apple each have their pros and cons. But my view as a totally unbiased customer towards either Apple or Microsoft is that Zune absolutely blows iPod out of the water. iPod is a great mp3 player and revolutionized how people listen to their music, so it gained a lot of respect. Zune is better in almost every way, though, and it would unquestionably be leading the mp3 market right now if it came out before the iPod.

Dude my warrenty isn't going to cover it. Mine malfunctioned today from a light drop. I was able to use it after it droped but all the songs and content was knocked out. I tryed to format it and I couldn't use it every since, and just because I mentioned it fell, those fuckers say my warrenty wont cover it. and they wont try to fix my problem I think im through with microsoft product period. Cant take it anymore. Everytime I by somthing worth alot of money from them somthing goes wrong.

No i didn't . It was naked. But from what Im hearing from other Zune keepers. But yea, that mug seem real fragile. End result, an operator listened to my story and decided to send me another one. Thank God. This time I bought a case. Good thing I did cuz I dropped it atleast 3 times since I had it. Its not a matter of will you drop it, Its when LOL.

thats so true at first i was sooo careful with mine never dropped it but then after 1 month i dropeed it and it started going downhill from there! XD my screen has a teeeeeeny crack on it its so tiny doesnt affect anything but i still want a brand new one XD

is the shade of red on the 80 the same as it is on the 4 and 8 gbs? cause i saw the 4 and 8 in target or something and loved that red shade.. i'd assume that it'd be the same but if it's "pinkish" i don't want it. also, there's no way to change the orientation of the screen, is therE?

well to be honest im tired of the iPod lineup the only one that interests me is the iPod touch and iPhone, The Nano, Classic, and shuffle just seem in need of a major revamp. I just feel like something different, and the Zune is differnt but has no mac support, i guess i will look for other 3rd party mac compatable Mp3/video players.
