I asked that Q to an idiot who drove in left lane alongside another driver on a 3 lane motorways and complains that the other is driving way below the speed limit. He also said u can't undertake where traffic in right lane is at walking pace. And be careful if driving in Dublin f u enter bus lane too early he sends video to gardai
