@Themandalegend313 Every studio and personal instructor have different rates in pay. It may not necessarily be the most lucrative but the rewards in it all are beyond amazing! The first step is increasing your knowledge of the sport and technique. It is a fitness regime regardless of how you approach or execute it. Start with a studio and inquire if they have an apprentice program.

@MadisonGrace0 Why thank you hon! I actually started taking classes with a friend. As soon as I learned a few moves, felt the physical effects and was challenged to be creative I was hooked. It's been a great thus far! The first step in pole dance fitness is finding a studio home. One that will compliment you, breed confidence in you and help you fall in love with the art & sport. The harder you go the better you'll feel and look.

@LionAdrian1 Lol, thx for the compliment. I have been trained in dance, gymnastics, cheerleading and even done flag football (all-girl & co-ed). At this studio I teach stiletto dance, beginning to advanced pole classes and other dance fitness classes.

Great vid, I just stumbled upon you when I was searching for the motivation video. I think people don't realise how strong you have to be to do what you are doing, that is however a testament to how easy you make it look.

I try to make it seem as fluid and fun as possible, although I'm pushing through it myself! I am an instructor with Ego Fitness Studios in Houston, TX.

If U want learn more about pole daning from pro's my good friend Pantara she's a world champion pole dance twice in a row if U want 2 learn how 2 walk on the celling watch her videos. @brezzyc1 ive actually been judged by her, taken workshops with her and hung with her a bit while I was with another studio in Houston. I'm capable of walking on the ceiling and a slew of other advanced tricks but I havent taken the time out to create a more advanced routine. She's def great people to know and a great teacher.
