Loving the comments folks! But, this is a skit I put on in front of an audience at work...it was about how to interview for a job! I wanted to show the wrong way...with some humor. :)
Perhaps one of these government 'help' agencies trying to get people back to work, and he is doing a mock interview in front of a mock panel? That's what it seems like to me anyway. Been through a similar thing myself.
