  • Reminds me of coming down from speed.

The perfect song for that sad and desperate feeling.

    Thanks for posting. Great song.

  • Love it! You guys should be back together! I'd love to have been around to see and hear this live! x

  • Kick Smack. Dig the poppy minarets in the cover art. Just direct enough.

    Loughlin -Utica NY

  • dope

  • Im pretty sure they done the Old Grey Whistle Test to. They were at the Isle Of White the same time as Jimi Hendrix. Ill ask if they was filmed

  • Bernie is my uncle. I saw them playing this at the Romford Odean when they supported Deep Perple. Purple were crap compared to T2. Bernis still lives in Romford.

  • I remember the Disco 2 performance (41 years ago) and never forgot. My recollection is Keith Cross long blonde hair and playing a Gibson Flying V. It was superb and hope to hell it can be unearthed !

  • Thats my Uncle Bernie. He is only a couple of years older than me and still lives in Romford. They also played the Isle Of Wight.

  • I saw them in Blackpool ( The Dead End club at the Sttaion pub) in the early 1970's. ( I still have my membership card showing the entry!!) Went and bought the album the next day. I srtill have it, play it regularly and it still rocks now! As already posted, I could never understand why they were never up there with the best - Zep, Purple, Sabbath, Uriah Heep etc

  • FUCK YES

  • This album is brilliant from beginning to end.

What a great early prog album,

The Swedish prog band Landberk do a very good cover of No More White Horses on their 1992 release, Lonely Land.

  • I still am unwilling to believe no footage whatsoever is known to exist for T.2. !No one took a cine camera to a gig?No fan off-tv recordings?Truely a crying shame there. However, thank you to the poster and YouTube for sharing this audiophonic gem!!Am still hoping thier appearence on BBCTV show Disco2 from 1970 may turn up,fingers crossed!!Does anyone have any LIVE T.2. might consider posting? Thanks again and KEEP ON ROCKIN'!!

  • what is so beautiful about this is that is hasn't been touched by classic rock radio. or any crappy movie.Truly a spiritual experience listening to this. share only with friends

  • @Mezocosm i actually heard this song from the movie Breakfast on Pluto - but its not a crappy or very mainstream film

  • wow not even a single negative comment purely lovable immensely enjoyed very much appreciated !! <3

  • damn this shit rocks i keep coming back to it and when i cant i hum it in my head haha

  • brilliant track

  • This rocks, and i love the flow of the sound, thanks for the upload man.

  • One of my favourite songs of all time. I wish I was around in the day of music like this. Thanks to my dad for showing me this band.

  • There were a ton of bands back then that opted to record their music over chasing a pop hit! If only the internet had existed back then. So much incredible music was lost because the record companies controlled what was recorded and released.

  • Excellent. Is "It'll All Work Out In Boomland" their only album?

  • @gremke3 there is another album "Bored Civilians" by

Keith Cross with Peter Ross (1972) also published by Deram is quite good

  • @joeyrider Thanks. I have that one already. I was looking for similar bands to T2.

  • @gremke3 hmm my playlist of random crap might intrest you , kevin ayers, the kelidoscopes, togas, the locomotives, t.2, out of focus, the velvet underground, captain beefheart ,can, camel, funkadelic, reverend horton heat ,the trashmen ,UFO, quiet sun ,ultimate spinach, andromeda, mean old world, ami missing any haha enjoy friend and tel me what you think !

  • a song from my early teens! just found it again,a track from it'll all work out in boomland, why do we all still drool over all the big names when wev'e got this, iv'e just had an afternoons great entertainment listening to this!for free, no shite staduims and no more inflated prices for hot dogs & coke etc. It's for free!

  • I've got the vinyl album, bought in Germany at the time. I was really into it and couldn't understand why they weren't bigger, but then they just seemed to disappear out of sight. Never met anybody else who had the album. My favourite band at the time were Led Zeppelin and still are to this day. I really don't think T2 were in the same league but it was early days and who knows if they had continued their writing may have produced something better. Their sound was a bit thin as a three piece.

  • Comment removed

  • phykadelic

  • Not the same league... They're simply one or two leagues ahead.

The rest of the album is just made of the same stuff.

Finally it got reedited. I guess you know what to do.

  • So excelent

  • barrett5169 is absolutely right that 99% of the population have never heard of T-2 or Please or this classic song, a 3 minute piece by Please turned 8 plus minute opus by T-2. Follows the shift from psych to progressive rock.

  • Nice one, cheers.

  • I don't know which is better, Please's version of this song, or the T-2 version found here. Both are absolute British psych classics.

  • @rathert3 me too, I've been rocking this version for a couple of years and only recently discovered the Please version, which is now in very high rotation! As you say, both classics, and probably both unknown by 99% of the population....

  • This is epic!!! Sometimes it is difficult to understand how success works!

  • Fucking beautiful!Well done!

  • @yoco90 +1 exeis apolyto dikio filaraki! ambi

  • medios punteos

  • Great band.

At times the singer reminds me of Keith Relf of the Yardbirds.

As a matter of fact, the music has a bit of of a Yardbirds vibe too.

  • amazing song

  • This is timeless it could be re released any time.

  • A very special track from a very special band, just superb, a real shame stuff like this don't get the air play and respect it deserves. i bet john peel would have played it.

  • hi!!! goodddd

  • Haven't listened to this band for a while now. Still sound as brilliant as the first time I heard it.

    Pure Class!!!

  • Hi,

an absolutely super cool album, then far ahead!!! Today they play on the radio only fucking rap..., a pity....

    Ciao

  • Haven't heard this since someone nicked my album back in the days. Its amazin to hear it again and almost know what comes next. Still fresh in the old grey matter. Excellent stuff.

  • This song absolutely rocks, these guys should've been in the same league as Zep, Purple and Sabbath

  • Your Brain might not get it yet. Try Listen to lots of similar stuff (especially Prog and Psych). Maybe then there's a change you get it.

  • Actually, i listen to quite a lot psych and prog. And this track , in my opinion, isn't heavy enough and is too slow. Also the vocal is rather standard for prog bands of 70s.

  • I think the quitar is quite heavy at some moments but what ever. I enjoy both slow and heavy stuff. The vocals are fine, could be much worse!

  • I agree, sometimes the guitar is heavy. But sometimes not. Sure, the vocals ain't bad, i just happen to love more "viscid" and depressive voice. Overall i never said the band was trash, it's just not for me. Peace!

  • Man, du checkst nix, das ist für die dameilige Zeit eine absolute Ausnahmeplatte gewesen ! Komplexes Gitarrenspiel. Was ist heute ? Fucking Rap + Hiphopp....!!!! Nur Computerfuck, bub bub bub. Die konnten damals noch spielen !!!! Ciao.....

  • Null checkung !!!!

  • Always loved this album it's a masterpiece! and this song is my fav from it =)

  • First heard this back in 76 or 77. A college buddy turned me on to it. Awesome album. Never could find a new copy on vinyl (have a couple used copies) so was real happy when I finally found it on CD.

  • @TheBlackycat Fancy selling one of your old vinyl copies? ;)

  • i first heard this album in its entirety on Kid Jensen`s program " Underground Incident" on Radio Lux in 1970. it has been a fav ever since!!

  • Killer!

Super jam............The Landberk do a great cover of it too

  • this is a masterpiece of a song! I always loved it...

  • Man, that album covers, that music, that solos, that voice, that lyrics...

the 60's and 70's were just magical, i really love to hear this albums nowadays, they lead me to outer mind streams.

I just hate and avoid the commercial music, it makes me mad.

  • i fucking love this song. it sounds like nothing i have heard. CD is a killer jam aswell!!

    T2!!!

  • Always been a favourite!

  • Very special.

  • Decca use to have offices in Shepherds Bush (Where the shopping centre is now) That's where my cousin picked this up from. Over thirty years ago.

  • pure genius...

  • What a fucking cracking track !!, from a fucking magic little band, its certianly stood the test of time, fuck knows why this band did`nt go further than they did especially when you consider some of the real shit that came out in the seventies.

  • Played this in my band Avalon in the '70's. Completely forgot about this brilliant band until today.

  • I just in the past year discovered T2 & this fantastic album!! Amazing stuff. It is a shame that this band is so obscure & underappreciated!!!

  • Ohhh Hell Yes !!! I just knew it was going to jam in kick ass fashion

  • I'm glad you liked it! Like I was saying, the whole album is freaking EXCELLENT!!!!!

  • There was another band that covered this song, and it was fantastic......would you happen to know who it was? I forgot their name.....

  • I know that Landberk from Sweden covered it on their debut album in 1992. I'm not sure if other covers were done. Some top-shelf music came out of Sweden around that time.

  • Yeah.....Landberk was who I had in mind, they were fantastic...Thanks for the reply!! :)

  • this was originally a please song by the same name. peter dunton was drummer for please and then T2, and reworked the song with keith cross and the other guy for boomland

  • Thank You! I Have Not Heard This Song In 35 Years. We Skipped School And Bought This Album. Brings Back Old Memories!
