  • Is it possible for the monster in the pool to kill you? From this angle, it looks like the creature is too far away to reach the hero.

  • Man this 'Dark Master' sounds like a real jerk-and-a-half.

  • 0:13 Finally... face to face with an old enemy again. And yep, he's pissed off about you killing him in Rasier!

  • "With the utmost courtesy, you apologize to Ad Avis for killing him in a horrible, fiery death in Raseir." I heard that and fell over laughing.

  • Wow! Ad Avis reaches new heights (or lows?) of villain arrogance.

Not only does he give you the typical "I've captured you, now hear my Evil Plan, Muahahahaha!" monologue... he also openly leaves the means to destroy him sitting right next to you!

  • I thought, hey, Ad Avis sounds like Jeff Bennett doing Owen Burnett.

I checked and it is Jeff Bennett, whaddaya know.

  • He still summons them. You can race back to town if you're good enough, even stay the night, but as soon as you leave town the game triggers the 'you got captured' event.

  • During the Day, it doesn't trigger that "You got captured" event. O.o

  • Really? I'd like to see someone on YouTube put up a video of The Hero escaping Ad Avis by making it to town, staying the night, and then to leave town to get captured.

  • Done, but in my video, he doesn't get captured during the day.

  • Question.

When you run into Ad Avis in the night, what happens if you just run or walk away from him and just head back to the town, or something, just shrugging him off & ignoring him, BEFORE he summons the "Hounds of Death"?

    For example:

You run into Ad Avis in the night, he talks to you, and then, you just walk or run away before he officially calls for the hounds. What happens, then?

  • "Uh hey Ad, good to see you. Sorry for killing you in a horribly gruesome manner involving fiery death, but shit happens. No hard feelings right?" =)

  • HAHA! Good one!

  • WHY didn't they reference the band when talking about the "Iron Maiden"?

  • it would be too obvious. i thought the same thing.
