Kai Greene 5-time Arnold Classic Champion beautiful body especially the defined and mass of his muscularity body but for his weird bodybuilding posing routine is not what the judges nor the viewers want to see. It's like his on drugs and posing in his own world with his eyes shut and not thinking or neither-less to care about embarrassing himself on stage making himself look like a mad man on stage.

I don't think a bloated midsection makes him superior dude. They're both mass monsters, but I personally think Branch is put together better. I respect Kai, but I just think there are other athletes that are better.

He needs to dump Arden and go back to Charles Glass. Oscar made him a HGH gut riddled 7th place finisher at the Olympia.

@meetchvb Oscar trained Kai for this 2009 Arnold and the whole time for the 2010 Arnold, so Oscar helped him win those two Arnolds, Kai dumped Glass well before the 2009 Arnold for Oscar. Glass didn't do shit for Kai, so get your facts straight. The 7th place finish was caused by a botched cycle, I dont know what happened for the 4th place finish. The big waist never hurt Ronnie. Compare offseason 08,09 pics to 10 pics and the waist is bout the same, proper cond. brings it down greatly.

The thing about Kai he's getting bigger when I saw his youtube post preparing for the olympia he weighed a whopping 308 pounds so I hope he doesn't make it habit to try and compete at 270-290 I would like to see him at about maybe 260 ten pounds up from what he was in this competition!!
