The haters and criticisers are an unavoidable side effect of anonymous free speech, the more we all ignore them the less comment space is spent reacting and arguing with them, he less influence they ultimately have. I think of it as another form of tai chi practise :) Simply let their chi pass you by, with no target to strike it can do no harm.
It's so unpleasant that you always have to shout the comments off because of haters,and it's a shame that such behaviour is so common in the martial arts online community.

On the 2-nd, 3-rd and last step you rotating hips back as well, while the hand still rolling after the strike. Is this correct?
