@apollo22genius Retail was around $1000+tax. You can always ask me and I could do a legit check for you. If you don't know the shoes it's hard to tell. There are tons of features that can be pointed out. But more importantly you gotta look at details. If the shoes look sloppy they're mostly fakes.

There was a list for people to get them before they even arrived at the store from what the store manager told me. These were a line from 2009 so they're long gone and only shot you got is Ebay if you can even find them there.

@LVandBusterP Tassles needs a special tool to remove which the LV store will have or if not will need to special order from Paris. I don't believe they give you the tool, but my LV manager, previously shoe manager, just helped me swapped out the shoe laces.

@albanks24 If you wear a sz 12 you'll need a sz 11 in LV. They run true to size, but just remember that in LV sizing it's one smaller so for another example if you wear a sz 10 US you'll need a sz 9 LV.

more tips on fakes: the suede on the toe box is higher, see how its low on the legit pair? the back, the brown part up top fakes arent cushioned theyre more flat. and the straps on fake where it says louis vuitton like right under it the shape should be parallel to the box around where it says louis vuitton, fakes are round. fakes leather is way too tumbled and the tongues are short
