Yes, while playing together with my friend oscar (panflute) at weddings (1994-1995), i played on several church organs. But after this time, i never played on a church organ again.

Danke. Ja, ich unterscheide streng zwischen Musikern und Virtuosen. Die Einen (Musiker) spielen (nicht notwendigerweise beherrschen) möglichst viele Instrumente und Genres - die anderen (VIrtuosen) machen dies perfekt, aber halt lange nicht so breit gefächert (weder was Instrumente noch Genres anbelangt). Dann spielt für mich die Kreativität und der Spaß an der Freude eine extrem große Rolle.

Das Keyboard ist ein ideales Instrument um möglichst vielfältig, breit gestreut zu musizieren.

nice rendition - the organ does not sound all that bad - is that the leslie you have on ?? at times I have recorded my Organ as well got better results with the Leslie OFF ..... maybe experiment some..but it worked for me - I even think there is one on tube under frits29 - with the leslie OFF -greetings nozie

Thanks a lot. In my video -Nobody knows the trouble I've seen- i have also used a leslie. This video sounds really good. But here, in combination with the (pad) sound behind the organ, YouTube's audio-compression generates this scratching sound.

Mir ist nicht klar, warum manche Videos ganz passabel klingen, andere wiederum beim erneuten Komprimieren durch YT einen deutlichen Qualitätsverlust erleiden??? Ich hoffe, du hast dir auch die eingermaßen akzeptable Version bei Viddler (URL siehe Info) angehört.

Many many thanks for your kind comment. Yes, KW is an example for me, but i try to play "organ" on my way. I can't even play ten percent as good as KW, so it has no sense for me to imitate him. Besides organ playing is a hobby for me. Even so, i do my best.

Thanks a lot! To have an own CD is a really nice thougt, but there is a lot of work to do it reasonable: Recording (without mistakes), mixing and mastering (with my little knowhow). As you can see some of my videos (in fact audios) are made this way. Perhaps i can complete a collection step by step, and then i will let you know.

Hallo Peter und vielen Dank. Leider hat es YouTube wieder einmal geschafft die Audio-Qualität eines Videos zu "verhunzen". Ich habe mehrere Formate meines Videos hochgeladen, jedoch alle mit dem gleichen schlechten Ergebnis, gerade beim Orgelsound. Mit der Leslie Simulation kommt die Audio-Kompression von YouTube einfach nicht klar. Wirklich schade für investierte Zeit und Arbeit. Naja, eine besser klingende Version findest Du bei Viddler (siehe URL).
