well...if u have an iphone, u can watch it wherever therez service (anywhere in usa and more)..and u can watch tv on ur ipod on vacation or during a long trip when therez internet...its up to u

ummm its kinda like buffer or buffering alot, is there anyway to fix that?

well....1st make sure ur wifi access point is strong and that ur computer internet is fully functional otherwise there isn't a fix (mines buffer about 3-5 secs every 5 mins)

yes, but u can also use some elses account as a server for live tv

ur tuner doesnt have to be a specific type...just make sure that it works on ur computer....(can u watch tv on ur computer with the tuner?)
