  • what is the weight of the dumbbell you recommend?

  • I tried this workout 3 days ago its very affective and will definitely give awesome results...Anyone knows the name of the song at the beginning? Let me know please..

  • you are killing me!

    Thanks!

  • Hi hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it

  • Would this be recommended for a 16 year old ? cauz i don't know if that would be good for my growth ( even if i go with light weights)?

  • this wrkout is sick...i have done it for a week and can only complete one circuit. sore for days after the first week but keep up with it... already seeing results.

  • For the Plank one are we supposed to alternate half way in between?

  • Holy @£§@!

I started to try this today and never did exercice (I just run 2 times a week), just finished, I think im going to die lol.. jesus

Anybody who understands of these things, should I give it a day or too of rest or should I do it daily?

Great vid! helps a lot when you see somebody do it!

  • I started this Tuesday and couldn't walk up or down stairs for 2 days. I can already feel/see results :)

  • I started this one Tuesday and couldn't walk up for down stairs for 2 days. I can see/feel results already :)

  • 60 seconds each exercise THEN 15 seconds rest. Don't know why it says 50 seconds then 10 seconds rest. Sure I'll do the 50-10 it's easier. lol

  • holy shat. this is the 2nd time i did this and i can only do 1 1/2sets. im still gonna continue to do it until i can complete the 3 sets!!!! im doing this on my non lifting days to burn extra fat and to still maintain muscle density

  • 2 weeks im doing this and i can do the circuit only once, very hard, is that sufficient ?

  • Looks hard

  • i gotta buy me some dumbbells cuz this workout looks kick ass

  • hey is this a good workout for getting a six pack please reply josh love ur vid seen em all haha awsome workouts cant wait to get to work on this one today

  • i stared this workout monday and my legs are really sore. But is this really a good workout for arms, chest and abs? or just lower body mainly. ( i know it works out upperbody too, but is it enough upper body to get you good results)? and last question is, should i workout my upper body on off days, since this workout isnt too concentrated on it? or would that be over-working it

  • i just did this with huge dumbells,

    I feel sick!!!!

gonna have to tone it down next time!

    this is intense

  • i do it in the morning 3 days a week with 34lbs

good for power gaining and maintaining shape if you quit gym

  • Thanks for putting this up... im a big believer in not lifting weights (im not counting the 10lb DBs as weights) and using your body weight.

  • by the way i have a question is it k to do this everyday or once or twice a wekk or everyother day? how often imean? thx for the great video:)

  • @siasorat I wouldn't do this workout everyday, maybe once or twice a week at the most! it's a very intense workout

  • i can do this with 25 pounders 5x in a row but the next day i die from soreness.. also i heard that you shouldn't push yourself that hard cause ucan hurt ur muscles so i do 6 sets a day 3 in morning 3 at night

  • @krnxpridex I would stay off the 25 pounders and go with 12 lbs. to start off, 25 is a lot.

  • hmm but my friends do 30-40 no problem so i feel behind

  • @krnxpridex the lytic acid breaks up after when out work out which irritates your muscles, try to do some semi intense stretching, before AND after, if you do it after it will be so much easier the next couple of days, i wouldn't suggest the 25's even though i do 35's lol, i try to stay in the 10-20 range at most, took me a while to build up to 35's

  • Thanks Josh, this is the best demonstration I have seen.

    Cheers

  • @Alzeey Sure Alzeey, glad you liked it

  • Thanks for the demo, I tried it yesterday, probably did a few of the excercises wrong. But holy shit was it hard. I only could do two sets.

  • @tsferg way to try it out, that's more than what most people will do!

  • yeah ive been doing it about 3 times a week for the last couple of weeks and its already bringing me back to my former basketball dominace.

  • i am a athletic trainer for school and i have my wrestling and cross country do this workout all the time, they were so sore for days lol, i love the burn first time i did it i tried to do it with 35's granted i did it but i couldn't even walk down stairs lol, great work out i would recomend it for every one, and i am only 17 ; ) and a scrowny white dude lol

  • @xxxsparklezzxxx haha 35's are definitely a lot of weight. glad you used it on them, it's a great hard workout

  • omg this is so hard i'm only on the 5th one n i cant breath

  • @eversince93 keep going!

  • @eversince93 don't ever give up, and when Ur done don't sit down, walk it off, Ur abs should be hurting, its one of the greatest workouts ever, try looking up the other exercises from mens health, they have a fat lose exercise, and a few yoga stuff which really helps
