  • Yankee Prepper - I have a question that is troubling me deeply. The Lord revealed to me in Ezekiel 4 what foods to store - beans, lentils, millet, barley, wheat, spelt and water. As I began to prepare, I told others how to prepare. None have prepared at all. If and when the SHTF - they will be knocking at our door and from the Bible - I am to provide for them. But yet they refuse to prepare. Yet I am still responsible for them - even though I warned them?

  • As christians we are to rejoice in the Lord in all situations, we should thank him for everything we have. If we have plenty we should share. Clothing, food, money, shelter, what we have has all come from him. We should not be judges in any way shape or form. We should be witnesses. If we conduct ourselves as he commanded us to in his written word, others will want what we have. I hope that is joy, thankfullness, and giving. Let his word shine through us in all we do and say Thanks for posting this

  • You know it's funny, because I openly oppose forced charity. But I turn no one away personally if I do have something to give. Charity where possible is I think a thing of being prepared and through faith and through action having enough to give some to those less fortunate or thoughtful. I don't think it should be or must be a thing forced upon us by the state. I like this passage though as only the prepared self sustained person can give actual charity. For they will have something to give.

  • @DavidCaines100 Great comment. Thanks for watching my video.

  • @neacie71 ...What was the purpose of the "visitation?" For what purpose would God take time from His busy schedule to ask that question and then leave you in a state of bewilderment? Has He ever done this to anyone before? I'm not saying you are mistaken, just a little confused as to why God would send someone to ask you if you were part of a religion established by Constantine as his state religion, and then had his wife and son murdered.

  • So i have a question. Why would a christian be a prepper? if the world is going to end and everyone dies, and christians go to heaven. What the fuck are you prepping for?

  • @LawlessTomb I do not know when the world is going to end. Only God knows the answer to the exact date. Prepping is a lifestyle. It is preparedness for food shortages, power outages, inflation etc. The current economic situation in this country continues to worsen and it is my desire as well as other Preppers to have the foresight to provide for our families even through difficult times. God Blesses me everyday in this effort. If you do honest research you will discover the need as well.

  • @PreacherPrepper Thank you for the message. I ask for your prayers as my daughter and I continue our search to buy land and home without mortgage/ How can we help others if we are not prepared? We must prepare and help others to do so. Thanks again for the messages!

  • @LawlessTomb It's a fair question. One only Christians must defend. But the rest of us know that nowhere in scripture is there a pre-trib rapture, nor does it mention we live in heaven forever. Scripture speaks of a greater Exodus than that of the first. A renewed earth is our home. Anything contrary is man made doctrine found nowhere in scripture.

    Shalom

  • @LawlessTomb You do err. YESHUA is coming to set HIS kingdom up here and reign from Jerusalem. What have you been indoctrinated with? Noah prepared......

  • I miss you and hope that you feel better soon.

  • Great vid.

  • why do churches celebrate easter?

  • @xeena67 It was decided in 325 AD by what would be the early Catholic church that it would be a day to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. The whole Easter Egg thing came from pagan traditions. Not all Christians or churches celebrate easter as a religious holiday. Some believe you should celebrate Christ's Death, Burial and Resurrection all the time. Others may believe it is okay to give the kids a basket of candy and others not. I celebrate Jesus D B & R everyday.

  • @PreacherPrepper And I give a basket of candy to my grandson. But I do not believe it to be a day ordained by God. Everyday should be consumed with celebration of Christ and His resurrection.

  • @xeena67 Because that is the tradition that was handed to them and supported by their denominational leaders. It's not found anywhere in scripture where easter is a sanctified feast. God's feasts are forever, yet westernized doctrine replaced them with total pagan holidays and calls them holy. They drag Messiah kicking and screaming to their polluted traditions.

    Shalom

  • @neacie71 Not being afraid to confess that we are Christians or to confess Jesus as Lord is as you know; The Really Big Deal! Thank you for sharing that story, it made my day. Blessings, Preacher

  • It's how amazing how easy the Bible is to understand, and yet the leaders of this as well as other nations can hold a bible up and declare that as Christians we need to participate in some kind of badness and people will just go along with it. There is a difference between a sheep and a sheeple

  • @SustenanceNCovering Agreed!!

  • @neacie71 Wow, I was wondering why so many people called me a communist.

  • Thank you so much for your encouragement. It is very hard to remain focused on the real calling when everyone around you thinks you are crazy or doing things that are foolish. God bless you and please keep the videos coming.

  • (jjaayypp's wife) My dad always told me " Help out anyone that needs help, you never know it might be God checking on you" . I love to help people. Thank you for the scripture. Take care and God bless.

  • @jjaayypp963 I lived in the parsonage years ago in a rural setting. It was next to the church bldg. A man came to my house looking for food. I told him to come to the back door and I would make him a sandwich. I made it for him and went to get something and when I came back he was gone. I quickly went outside and trotted around the house and the bldg. He had vanished. I felt it was a bit impossible. I am glad I gave him the sandwich. The Lord has always "checked on" me. Blessings.

  • Thank you and god bless

  • Great message Preacher:)

  • thanks for the message, I think sometimes we get so carried away with our own plans for the future we forget about helping other people.

  • This has allways bothered me. Where do we as preppers draw the line between helping someone and turning them away? If I have a years worth of food stored and someone needs my food should i turn them away because i think i will need it in the future? I dont even want to talk about killing to protect my food, I hope i give them something before it gets to that point. Wasn't it daniel who prepped in the bible? How did he handle strangers? any help would be appreciated.

  • @gettinready101 I am saving every extra jar (non-canning) with a lid so I can find to distribute rice, beans, flour and pasta etc. for benevolence. I will give in small qty. beans and rice as it makes a complete protein. I have put back a lot of flour for bread. I am making a large rocket stove with a bread oven on top that will bake 14 loaves of bread at a time. I will give a half a loaf out per family as I can. Some will get help once others will get bread regularly through the church.

  • @PreacherPrepper Also, if you are ready with a small sack of food jars of rice, beans, flour and pasta etc. they will thank you and keep walking. Never, let anyone see your food. My mother used to open all her bags of beans and rice before she stored them. Don't take anyone into your pantry to supply them. Have a benevolence sack ready and give it to them. Don't talk to them about how they should have listened and prepared... you are informing them that you are loaded with food.

  • @PreacherPrepper hope to see your new rocket stove oven in action. I have built a new rocket stove too using a 15 gallon barrel. I will be pressure canning on it this summer ! I'M going to set it up in my front yard and can everything outside. ! wish I had more preps to share as generous as you are planning on sharing. But I also hope I have more time to get those preps. I pray that I can help others. I am not one of those grab the gun first guys. thats just not us.

  • @gettinready101 The stove part is a 55 gallon barrel. I have 6 inch stainless steel for the pipe and burn chamber. The oven part will also be made from 55 gallon barrels. I intend to create a cook surface on the top of the oven so I can maximize the fuel use. I will have to build a small deck to stand on to cook etc. and the whole thing will be bolted to concrete to keep it from walking away. Of course the rocket stove will be filled with wood ash so it ain't walking anywhere too fast.

  • @PreacherPrepper ok an idea i just got was to cut the first barrel in half, turn it upside down using only one half add your burn chamber. place the second haf of the barrel on top with a door to serve as a oven. if you can weld you could lay the secnd barrel on top as a long oven. the cutting to get it to fit would try your patience i.m sure. just an idea good luck.

  • @gettinready101 I got my design from this document. Mine will have only two shelves, but will be built using the same basic design. Mine will be a separate unit that will sit on top of the rocket stove. SEARCH GOOGLE: APROVECHO RESEARCH CENTER CAPTURING HEAT

  • @PreacherPrepper ok i will look at it. I hope to see you on blogtv tonight.

  • @gettinready101 What is blogtv?

  • I been involved in food pantry/distribution as you may imagine throughout my adult lifetime. I have seen just about every con and legitimate need. I will be addressing some of that in future videos.

  • I love this passage. Thanks for sharing.

  • Great message, i had never thought how that relates to preppers.

  • Please Pardon my reading, I have a chronic double vision problem. Blessings, Preacher
