the whole stars line was basically "ok lets rush out these new hero factory prototypes in bionicle and come up with an ending in an hour! go go go!" bionicle will always be remembered, shame about how it ended

@lion95805 Good point. And yet still, the story was not as good as the other ones. Where the graphics lacked in the first three, they made up in storyline. The reason 2 and 3 are so good is because they had good script, animation, and storyline. The only thing the Legend Reborn had was the graphics. The voice actors and "morals thing" was cheesy, and the characters/personalities were weak. And the animation (how they moved) wasn't great either.

It's better than #1 though. I'll give it that.

No, not this one. But I still own the first two- "Bionicle: Mask of Light" and "Bionicle 2: Legends of Metru Nui".

I stopped collecting Bionicle after the first Metru Nui line ran out (but loyally collected the first three years).

It just lost the charm and appeal that was there when it was just a mysterious tropical island with living robots and mythical 'spirit guardians'-made-real.

I mean, I thought Metru Nui would be a sequel, not a prequel! Totally ruined it...

Ah, well I'm still collecting Bionicle stuff. Although the story continues, the Lego company has announce that they've ended the sets release with the New Bionicle stars. Whether it's a permanent or temporary decision, I don't know, I'm hoping temporary.

No its not after he finds his own body, Its after he had beaten Metus, and the Bone Hunters and Skralls, after that they combining the last of tghe cities, of Bara-Magna and then, the movie ends with the guys ("Friends") making a deal, to continue their quest to find Mata Nui's homeworld and homland, the island Mata Nui, i hope it will be continued with a next movie, but i hoped we could be given The Island of Doom (The story with the Pirakas) So it can follow the real story!

@jjnnerazor I already knew all that, and the thing I said was right. Read on wikis and watch films and all that stuff. And actually he wasn't created on Spherus Magna. He came from his own >world<, where the Great Beings created him to observe and explore the galaxy. Makuta Teridax then landed on Bara Magna and and took over his Protoype Robot Body. And yes, the Turaga was Toa Metru, but not the Toa Metru that fought Makuta. The island was Nui's camuflage system, that was acidently activated.Cya

I watched the movie the whole thing but I never saw Malum in it. And Metus is a traiter and accutually and snake. And after Mata Nui finds his body the movie ends. And thats just wierd. Anyways its a great movie! I give it 5 stars!

I've been away from bionicle since the inikas came out and im trying to catch up, but can someone explain to me why they changed makuta's name to teridax??? Wikipedia doesn't even mention a thing about that...

Makuta is a species name, and each Makuta has a different name. In 2008, seven different Makuta sets were released, and each one was a different member of the species and had its own name. The name of the Makuta who was the main villain for most of the Bionicle story was Teridax. Of course, they never bothered to explain that in the comics.
