Protectionist courts can withhold or even amend transcripts with little power from you or I to stop them, which are then released under the freedom of disinformation act. Protectionist courts can withhold or even amend transcripts with little power from you or I to stop them, which are then released under the freedom of disinformation act. Especially in the UK where hearings are not filmed or taped. Let alone how much lawyers spin during hearings.
So I say again, you're putting too much faith in the credibility/honesty of the courts/judges.
