In the original Dragonball, Goku was never known as a alien, just a monkey-looking human because of his tail, super-human strength, and ability to turn into a giant ape. He was viewed as more of a mythical or primitive species or a special person than an alien. In the original dragonballl series, the word "sayian" was never said, nor was any relationship to an alien race established. Though if they do make a sequel Piccolo can establish something like he kidnapped/enslaved Oozarus

But I did enjoy it but I don't like how they did it, I will miss vegeta but in the squeal Krillin should be in it who knows they may even bring back the sajins or vegeta will be another ozaru okay. The movie isn't as bad as most movies would you rater watch this or broke back mountain. Hey this is also not not at all dbz this is dragon ball not dragon ball z though. I am a super db/dbz/dbgt fan so ya at least it was better then a math movie wouldn't that be boring?.....

unless they decide to ignore that crap idea from the movie and try to go closer to the anime (doubt it though) the guy that played piccolo actually knows the story pretty well -_- i also hear rumors that piccolo may be good in the sequel, hopefully give him some character
