Yes, they finished Flesh For Frankenstein and then in one week started Blood for Dracula. The crew were under time preassure as they rented a very expensive Italian castle (a part of it) and had luck of money. Both films were made during one month & half. Paul Morrissey, the director, was writing the script literally "on a knee" directly before daily shooting..but it's turned out damn great !!!! :)

Btw, in the USA both releases have been in spring 1974. So in America both movies usually marked 1974...in Europe 1973 and 1974....but fans consider both 1973...so bit a mess...LOL
