@Neeny0113 Well, it would make sense he sounded younger in Seramyu just because he performed as Tuxedo 1 to 2 years before Tenimyu ... plus, he played Tezuka! Tezuka is serious sounding 24/7 so he had to lower his voice ^^

Yeah! It was so cute when Shirota cried, he must have felt so much emotions for being on this musical, especially as it was his first and he was 17/18 when he did it. Must have been quite the experience! He's so hot :D

I don't know either, but I think it's because he felt it was time to move on and also because I think he had auditioned for the role of Tezuka for the Prince of Tennis musicals and had got the role, because he started performing as Tezuka in the beginning January of 2005 and he had graduated from Tuxedo Kamen on September 5th, 2004.
