I also have a manual IS250 ... not loving it ... the gearbox is NOISY.,, sounds like some cheapo car .... do you get "can of marbles" sounds from your gearbox? I've read many forums, many folks not happy with the whole flywheel/clutch/shifter system in the IS250. Curious as to your experience with this car.

Who cares about the start button. Take a video of the drive, and rev match between each shift to really make em want the manual.

Lol, I'm afraid I can't do heel/toe downshifting to rev-match. But I do downshift at every stop sign or red light. That would be my normal way of stopping or slowing down.

I'll try and do another video.

@geniegogo just wondering why you chose to get the manual. the automatic is250 is actually more economical and quicker to 60.

For the manual model, to start it do you press the clutch and the brake then push the push button ignition. or just the brake like the ATs?

Step on the clutch only and press start button. Usually the handbrake is on so you don't have to step on the brake too.

Hello, I set it for the higher resolution 320x240. Supposedly you can keep recording until your memory runs out. I set it to record to the memory card, not the phone card.

I think I've recorded up to 7 minutes before. I'd worry about the file being too big or too long. It's easier to shoot shorter bits.

I also shot that during the day under the sunshade. Good lighting helps vs shooting indoors or in the evening.
