you are a moron. First of all, this is the arcade version of the game, which doesn't contain those cheats. Secondly, even if he did enable those cheats it wouldn't help him do this particular combo at all.

Yeah depending on where they are when you release the bomb and what they do after it an uppercut is possible. This is shown to demonstrate a specific scenario.
