they're talking about their most memorable birthdays. Jared asks what they did this year for his birthday and Jensen says working in Vancouver where we are every year on your birthday. Jared states that since he was 21 he's been working on his birthday and he'd like to keep up the streak and that his favorite birthday involved something stand at least that's what it sounded like to me. Jensen goes on to talk about how be defeated his brother at Laser tag.
