This is the best demonstration of the Yang Tai Chi Chuen form I have seen on YouTube. It was demonstrated by the sixth generation descendant of Yang Lu Chan, the founder of the Yang form. It was very delightful to watch because it was perfection. I learned this form in 1967. Thank you, Caeg06, for sharing.

I like too much this form 'cause its elegant,complete and it doesn't require a lot of time to practice.
